where is update 817287?

Hi Folks, does anyone know where I can find windows xp
patch 817287? I have a problem with windows update and
this is the fix for it but it doesn't seem to be
available on the microsoft download site.
Any help gratefully received!

Are you sure it isn't already installed? Look in your Windows folder for
Q817287.log. If you still need to install it, you can open Windows Update and
go to Windows Update Catalog under "See Also" in the left column. If Windows
Update Catalog isn't there, open Personalize Windows Update under "Other
Options" and check "Display the link to the Windows Update Catalog under See
Also." Click on Save Settings.

When you get into the catalog, follow prompts to go to Windows XP SP1 updates.
Open Critical Updates and then open Edit > Find (on this page) and let that find
817287 for you. I just checked and it's definitely there.
