Where is the Cookies option?

Can Cookies still be Disabled in WINXP? In Windows98, I remember going into
the Control Panel, clicking on Internet Options, Tab - Advanced, and being
able to, Enable/Disable Cookies. But where are the Cookies Options in WINXP?

You can use the Internet Explorer privacy settings to specify how you
want Internet Explorer to handle cookies from individual Web sites or
all Web sites. You can also customize your privacy settings by importing
a file containing custom privacy settings, or by specifying custom
privacy settings for all Web sites or individual Web sites.Use settings
here:-

Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Privacy
move the slider up for a higher level of privacy or down for a lower
level of privacy.
