Where do I find the default web site properties.. Windows Server I

Hi there thanks in advance.

I am trying to locate the default web site properties panel. IIS control
panel.
I have found it before but I can't seem to find it now!.

I need to follow some instructions to check on the extensions for php to
run on frontpage.

You have to open IIS MMC, then right click on the default web site.
