This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional. Are you requiring that file in order to install
Access?
The tech didn't tell you where to find the file, or where to put it once you
find it? Sounds like borderline worthless advice at best. This is a
newsgroup for Microsoft Access, a relational database program, so it is not
a likely source of information about this particular problem. I would
suggest either going back to the tech for clarification, or trying the HP
web site.
Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you.
