When opening Outlook 2002 I get a "Debug error!"What's happening?

The Debug error I get is "Program c:\PROGRAM1\MICROSOFT\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE"
Strangely, it does it the first time, then when I retry, it opens normally.
Any idea what is happening and how I fix this?
