Outlook Error Message

Hello,
I am receiving this error message when I open Outlook.
"Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library" in the Title Bar.
"Debug Error"
"Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE"
"abnormal program termination"
"(Press retry to debug the application)"
My Choices are "Abort, Retry, & Ignore"

When I press "Retry", it closes Outlook and then when I open it again, it
opens normal. I have two users on an WinXP Pro machine, each has there own
login and user settings but both use Outlook in their own login. I only get
htis error when one user logs on and opens Outlook to get email. Then, when
the second user logs on and opens Outlook, I get this error message which can
be corrected by the actions I described above. Then if user 1 logs back in
and opens Outlook, they get the same message and again it is correctable
using the procedure above. Is there a fix for this error message or do I live
with?

This did not solve the problem.
I am still getting the error.

I also noticed someone else (on page 4) getting the same error.
