when loading startup--message

I have a new computer, connected to existing monitor (only 8 mns old) that
opens notepad everytime I restart or change users. the message inside the
notepad is "[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787" I can't
find anything that should be causing this--and really no information about
this message to begin with, what does it mean and is there something wrong?
how to I fix the problem and prevent this from coming up everytime I use this
computer? thanks
