When I send JPEG attachments, people get 20+ emails. Help!

When I send pictures or large attachments, people get multiple emails, up to
30+ in one case. And my outbox is every case this happens shows the message
as not sent. What do I need to do? Thanks.

Do you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.
