when i run Bluesoleil, computer reboots

I have a bluetooh device connected to the USB and i have installed the
drivers & software came with the devose. After the install & restart,
when i run the bluesoleil app, my pc reboots as though the reset
button was pressed.

Has anyone encountered this before??? PLs help.

Sounds like it's crashing. Does the event log show anything, and what does
the vendor say?

I have been using this device for some months without any problems.
You may have a faulty unit, contact the manufacturers.
