Probably I should not post here.

I heard that for cleaning a PC should NOT vacuun inside of
the pc. We should blow it. Is it true? What's the
reason?
 
I guess if you had a really powerful vacuum cleaner, you could suck a jumper
out of a drive or something. At least with the can of air, all you'd do is
propel the jumper across the room or something.

I personally use this an air compressor in the garage once or twice a year.

What i recommed is use the canned air for cleaning out the pc. A vacuum may
cause some ESD issues, An Air compressor may blow out some water with the
air. The canned air is meant for electronics and you should have any ESD
issues.

If you use an air compressor, be sure to empty it after at the end of every
usage session to avoid moisture buildup. If you use your air compressor
every day, I wouldn't worry about that as much. Perhaps you could take your
computer to the local service station and borrow an air line from their
compressor. :P
