Just had a look at one of the earliest PCR pages, I think 2003. Interesting to see one section called "Hardology" - the mind boggles.

Posted 2001-03-02, by Ian CunninghamGood News on the games to review front, I managed to beat a reply out of someone. After 10 emails, I got 1 reply. Sad day for "customer service" indeed. Anyway, the game Im getting is "Sudden Strike", but around mid march I going to be getting "Cossacks - European Wars" which looks like a great RTS game. I will try to keep you posted on the progess of my quest into the world of game development. Humey out.

Kiel used to write games reviews a long long time ago - way back in 1999. That paragraph that Abarbarian posted ends with "Humey out", and "Humey" was another guy I knew at the time - I didn't even realise he wrote stuff for the site

I can't believe the site is almost 10 years old (The site started on free webspace in 1998 on btinternet, and then on the pcreview domain in 1999).
