What the heck is C:\WINDOWS\DvzCommon\DvzMsgr.exe ?

I keep getting the following error message and it's
driving me and my computer crazy:

DvzMsgr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyone have any idea how the heck I fix this one? Of
course, I can't find anything in the knowledge base to
help me out.

DvzMsgr.exe is "DataViz Documents to Go", if you have a handheld
device (e.g. Palm pilot), most likely installed by some software
that comes with it.

Either reinstall the software mentioned by Torgeir, or go to Start | Run
| Msconfig. On the startup tab uncheck the line that refers to loading
this software. Then reboot. In the msconfig dialog box that shows up
on reboot put a check in the box to not remind you again of the change.
