What The FFFUUUCCCKKK is going on with IE

FFFUUUCCCKKKK BILLGATE

This is how everyone try to change my default homepage:

'Toolts' -> 'Internet Options...' -> 'General' -> and type
'www.fffuuuccckkkBillGate.com' in the 'Address:' text box.

Well, the dammnn text box is disabled and is set
with 'msn.com'.

Can anyone tell me how to enable it.
