HELP! My IE homepage is continually reset to an ad site...

My Internet Explorer homepage was set to MSN.com, but
almost every other time I open it up it is reset to
the "Homepage Network for Free Advertising" which then
opens a bunch of popup ads and a large ad in the main
window.
I then open up my "Internet Options" page and find that my
homepage has been reset to a long URL, which I did not
type in. Even after I reset my homepage to MSN.com the
problem persists.
Can anyone help me or does anyone know anything about this
problem?
