Home Page on IE

Frank

I cannot change my homepage on IE. I am using Windows XP
and the other users are able to change their homepage.
When I go to the tools menu, the buttons are unavailable,
how can I fix the problem in the options menu to allow me
to change my homepage. It is currently set to MSN.com.
Thx.

Hi,
If you use Spybot S&D, open Spybot in Advanced mode and check the Immunize
settings. You may have placed this restriction inadvertently.

If not ... go to Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites:
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm Scroll down to
"Various Registry Fixes"

Next (same page) check for parasites and other malware which may have caused
this, if Spybot didn't.

Hi:

Each time I reboot my PC the default home page changes from blank to msn.com

Any idea how to change this so msn.com is not placed in there on each
reboot?

Thanks.

Bob
