What patches have been installed?

Greetings,
I apologize in advance if this question has been asked before.....

I am trying to find a way to tell which patches have been installed on our
systems. We have been using ScriptLogic to roll out some of the patches and
not all of the patches are showing up under the add/remove programs tab in
the control panel.

Any suggestions?
