What motherboard to buy?

My friend wants to buy a knew motheboard, he wants to have between 1-2 gig ram, around 3 Ghz cpu. He wants it prefarbly ready build, with a Pci card (the card model aint too important)

Which one should he go for?

Asus or DFI, imo, are the best.

Asrock (subsidary of Asus) make good budget boards.

This assuming an AMD CPU.
