What makes my computer freeze up? The screen goes white or somethi

It happened on the first day i got the computer but it happened like once a
week and it wasn't really bordering me me. But now it happens anytime, the
computer freezes and the screen goes white or white with blue stripes, or
different colors sometimes. Can someone help me out?

If it happened "on the first day i got the computer" you should have
contacted the manufacturer immediately for repair or replacement under
the terms of your warranty.

Now you should bring the computer to a technician.

Can I take it to any technician, or does it have to be where i bought it?

If the computer is still under warranty, you need to contact the
manufacturer. If it's not under warranty take it anywhere you like.
