what is useful to use odd section and even section?

If you're setting up a book (which will be printed on both sides of the
page), and you want every chapter to begin on an odd (or even) page, you can
begin each chapter with an Odd (or Even) Page section break. If the previous
chapter ends on an odd (or even) page, Word will insert a blank even (or
odd) page before the next chapter.
