What is service manager?

I use windows xp. and I tried to stop True Vector. And the system told me to
go to the service manager to stop the True Vector. I went to the "service"
but couldn't find the True Vector or vsmon.exe. What can I do to stop it
from running? Can I delete all the folder named vsmon from zone labs
directory mannually?

Start | Run | Services.msc |

Check the entries for "True Vector Basic Logging Client" and "True Vector
Monitor Engine", if they are not loaded, the entries should show "stopped"
instead of "Started" (you may see something different with Zone Alarm Pro)

Also "Start | Run | msconfig": The Services tab should show them as
"stopped" if not loaded.

(Be sure to follow the instructions in

uninstall ZA Pro).
