Vector Globe starts every time

Hi. I'm using a map program, Vector Globe. It was working with my previous
os
win98 without a problem. But I switched to xp recently, Vector Globe starts
up every time I start up the windows as if it's in the startup folder. I
asked to VG what I can do to stop this. They have no idea! Anybody here has
an idea? I would appreciate your inputs.

Have you tried running 'MSCONFIG'. On the "startup" tab
it lists all the programs that are listed in the registry
for launching at startup. It even gives the risgistery
key, so you can delete it.

You can run 'msconfig' from the 'run' entry on the start
menu.
