globe search engine take over of explorer

A search engine named "("Globe" an search engine you can
trust")". There words not mine. I keep changing the start
up url in explorer, yet Globe changes it back every day
when I start up in the morning. I have stoped it from
redoing my search page with regedit,But I can't stop it
from changing my home page back to Globe each day.

Any help would be great.

Run the "Cool Web Search" Spyware hijacker removal tool.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
(Ensure all instances of IE and OE are closed)
