Homepage keeps reseting to 'Globe-Finder' site..MAKE IT STOP???

I apparently had some ad or spyware installed into my
computer. I only knew because it was running miserably
slow.

I deleted all Temp Cookies and Files. I ran 'Ad-Ware 6.0'
from LavasoftUSA. Seemed to fix the main problem of
Explorer running slow.

However...The default Homepage is now Globe-Finder. I
change it to CNN. But its not just that. When I shut down
for the night and Start-Up in the morning, it resets back
to Globe-Finder the next day.

How can I permanently change the Default Hompage? How can
I get rid of whatever is reseting the homepage to DEFAULT??
