What happened to my autotext entries!!??

Are you sure? Autotext works differently from 2003 and there is no
autocomplete. An *upgrade* installation should have retained them. Check the
list in the Insert > Quick Parts > Building Blocks Organizer.

Oh yes! I've started "rebuilding" them, but I can't find an old "normal.dot"
and there's nothing in the building blocks...I'm ready to jump...please

Hi Gus,

Also check for Normal11.dot (that's eleven after 'Normal'). On an inplace upgrade from Office 2003 (v11) to Office 2007 (v12) the
older Normal.dot may be renamed.

I got this (Normal11.dot) even though I installed Word 2007 side by side
with Word 2003.

Can you tell me where to look? I did a search and can't even find a normal!
Thanks.

Thanks so much. When I find it, what do I do then? Sorry, I'm a novice. I
know just enough to get myself into trouble...Thx.
