What features were left out of Vista?

Is there a list somewhere that shows exactly what was left out of
Vista? I know of WinFS, but what else?

Also, I remember reading about Desktop Icons being able to change in
size with no downgrade in image, but that seems to only apply to icons
in Explorer. Is this another thing left on the cutting room floor?

Change desktop icon size = press and hold "ctrl" key - rotate mouse scroll
wheel

Joshu - that list seems to only focus on things that were included in
XP and are not included in Vista. I'm more interested in those things
that were developed under Longhorn, and at one time promoted to be in
Vista, only to be shelved for further work, such as WinFS. I keep
reading articles about these excluded features, but they never go into
detail as to what exactly they are. I'm assuming this list I'm
seeking would also serve as the upcoming features in Service Pack 1,
right?
