What d'u think of Norton Go Back

Hi all

I have recently ridded my PC of ALL Norton, and replaced with Antivir, and very happy I am with it too.

On a slightly separate note, I always have problems with System Resore, out of the last 20+ attempts on varios PC's i've probably managed 1 restore!!

I realise Norton Go Back does a similar thing, but I have had a couple of bad experiences with it, what do you guys think??
Or is there another similar thing out there to get you out of the Sh*t if needed??

I never had any luck with system restore either but go back worked for me,Acronis True Image works fine i think but there are others.

Mmm, strange isn't it, I read a lot of posts from people that say System Resore doesn't work!

Must be a MS fault

Wonder if the Vista system restore will be any better?

System restore does work, however, it wont "restore" your system as it was ... if you want a "back-up" to restore from if all else fails, then use a proper program such as Acronis.

System restore worked twice for me all the other times i got the "your computer couldn't be restored no changes have been made " message.

Yes, thats all i get now, even in Safe Mode!
