What does the Outlook email message "503 5.7.1 Relaying not allow.

Sometimes when I send an email, I get this message. Other emails (especially
replies) seem to go out no problem. I knowit is not the email addresses
because I can send them just fine on another computer.

Are you authenticating to your SMTP mail server (for outbound messages)?
