Will not let me send messages

Everytime I try and reply/send an email it come back into my inbox and says
it cannot be delivered and this message comes up :550 5.7.1 Relaying not
explicitly allowed: and then it has the email address that I was trying to
send it to. Any suggestions?

You're not properly authenticating to your outgoing server. Check the
accuracy of the settings on the Outgoing Server tab of your account
properties.
