Error Message 503 when Sending Replies in Outlook 2007

Hello, I'm having a difficult time with Outlook 2007 when I attempt to reply to any email. Each time I do this the error message 503 appears and the email is undeliverable. I repair Office 2007 and this helps for an hour or so then the problem returns. I am able to copy the contents of the email I'm attempting to reply to into a new email and it will send with no problems. What do I need to do to eliminate the 503 error message and reply to messages? Thank you.

Not enough information. Include the entire text of the error, changing
nothing except any email addresses the rror might contain (so you don't post
any real address to the newsgroup).

I thought you might like to know I'm using XP. This problem occurred on my other computer which uses Vista but the latest update seemed to fix that. Or so it appears.

What is the exact and complete Non Delivery error?
