503 error

I have been using Outlook 2003 for over a year now with no problems. As of
this week I can't send email without a System Administer message 503 no
recipient error. I have not changed any settitngs in Outlook.
I have multible accounts so I have tried sending the same unsuccessful email
using a different account and it went through fine. Does this mean this is
not an Outlook issue but possibly a problem with my Outgoing Server?

It appears to be either a server issue or a problem with the account that
doesn't work. Since you say it's been working fie for a long time, I'd lean
toward the server being the problem. Check with your ISP to see if they've
changed anything (although they'll probably deny they have). I've heard of
ISPs changing the port number or the authentication requirements without
telling their customers.
