What work did you have done on the just before this error started happening?
Was it Hardware/Software done by you or someone else etc, what exactly did
you/they do.
The error that you're getting could be caused by a couple of things, it
could be as simple as the program is corrupt and need uninstalling and
reinstalling, or it could be related to the recent changes to your system.
I would suggest if you havn't already tried uninstalling the printer
software, reboot the PC, then reinstall the printer software (of the original
installation CD if possible) you do that and see if you still get the same
error.
