if it is script debugging then this is normally used by people who build the
sites that your nan is looking at, to disable it open up ie and then click on
tools, internet options and then advanced, if you look under BROWSING you
will see about 4 lines down a box saying disable script debugging, put a tick
in this box, then click apply at the bottom, close ie down and restart it and
that should cure the problem.
Please provide the link to the page she expects to see when she starts her
browser. There may be something wrong with the web site itself, not her
computer.
