I have this annoying problem when I am reading my email in Outlook Express.
I get a popup message saying "A run time error has occured. Do you wish to
debug? Line 15 Error: "top.data format" is null or not an object". Can you
tell me how I can get rid of the popup permanently?

Go to Control Panel/Internet Options/Advanced an put a check against
Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)
and Disable Script Debugging (Other).
