I just got this computer and it came with both windows me and 2000. when it
boots up u have to select one, me is missing some drivers, but 2000 is
lacking some programs and files that i want is there anyway to merge all the
files and programs to one windows and delete the old windows

No, it's not possible to "merge" two such radically different (or even
two very similar, for that matter)operating systems. Pick whichever OS
you prefer, go out and buy a license for it, and use its CD to format
the hard drive and perform a clean installation.

functional.
