What controls email icon on browser toolbar?

I've gone to tool, options, programs and find that the
pulldown menu for email doesn't provide the selection I
want. Is there a way to add something to the list?

Open your browser and choose Tools - Internet Options.
Then click the Programs tab. Specify which program
Windows will automatically use for the Internet Email
service.

Find msimn.exe and add a shortcut to your Toolbar in the bottom left corner.
