I built a website in FrontPage 2003 on my Compaq computer which has Internet
Explorer 7.0 - the website looks perfect. It's lined up within the tables and
spaced out correctly. When we view the website on another computer - it's
completely distored. Pictures aren overlaping other columns, text on top of
text, etc. What's going on?

Difficult to say without seeing the site. If you post the URL, we can have a
look

One common cause is using layers and viewing on different sized windows

Others may have other ideas
