Texts moves on different monitors

Hi, im new to frontpage and i've just started to create my first website. But
i have hit a problem.
I have a background image centered, then i've add text (in text boxes) over
the top which are hyperlinks to other pages.
However, this all looks great on my computer (on frontpage and on the
internet), but on other computers (different sized monitors) the text boxes
have all moved left and so are no longer in the place i put them in frontpage.

How do i get the text to stay in the same place on the picture even with
different monitors?

Thanks

Text boxes created from the drawing toolbar are absolutely positioned
VML graphics that only render correctly in Internet Explorer. They do
not move - the rest of the page moves around them. You will also find
that hyperlinks in text boxes do not work at all in other browsers such
as FireFox. See http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/vml-graphics.htm
for more details.

A link to a faulty page will enable a more detailed response - seeing
the problem makes it easier to diagnose.
