Fixed Width Layout

I'm making a website in frontpage, and I've got it all completed but i've
realised I might have jumped the gun when previewing the website on a
different computer when my computer was dead and saw that the website is left
aligned and not centered that adjusts with the browser size...
It seems that my Background Image is too long but even if I adjusted that to
750px length it still left aligned, is there any way for me to centre the
website and have borders around the outside for those with HUGE monitors....

Website is not live so cant show you what I mean...but this is 2 examples of
what I mean...

Website is similar to this....in terms of layout...everything on the left..

I want my website to be like this one...Centred etc

I have learnt 1 thing tonight that If i want to centre website I cannot use
absolute Posistioning in frontpage when having a centred website, so how am I
able to put images wherever I want, similar to using absolute?? as relative
doesnt work for me...because I have 1 picture in centre of website, and on
the right side I have 5 images in a column format, but this is only on main
page, as 2 other pages only have 1 image and text as well as a hyperlink
column. And I've tried using tables for the images so they stay in 1 place
regardless of browser resolution but tables force my hyperlinks column to the
bottom of the page

Am using Frontpage 2003 in Windows Vista.
