Centering in Frontpage 2003

I created a website using Frontpage 2003 using my 21" monitor. When I view the page on my monitor, everything looks fine, but when I view the page with a different computer using a smaller monitor, some of the graphics overlap the text, and things are not centered very well. How can I correct this problem?

This question gets asked many, many, many, many (you get
my point) times on this newsgroup.

I suggest that you look through the questions that have
the words "center", "resolution", "my site goes crazy"
and such for the sage advice provided.
