what action to take?

I recently looked through my history and found a program with an unknown
name and alert level.
it says action taken was permit and it gave the date and the status
column shows succeeded.
It appears that it is a screen saver I have.
I can't seem to take any other action and it does not show up in the
quarantined or allowed lists.
I don't think it's any thing to worry about, I'm just curious why it
shows up in the history section.
