Scan issue

I ran a scan of my pc last night and got the following results:

I found nothing under either Allowed Items or Quarantined Items for nixanpah
OR iqfg.sys. I am not sure what actually happened and whether what this is
warning about is an issue I should be concerned with.

Any advice?
