Trojan Detected but Ignored

After a scan, my defender history shows that Trojan:Win32/FakeSpypro was
detected with a High Alert level, but the Action Taken was Ignore. This was
after I had disabled the registry entry in startup and rebooted, so the
Trojan was not active at the time. I didn't get any prompts asking me for an
action. In settings, the default actions are all set to "definition based".
Is something wrong? Thanks for your help.

Try Windows Defender in Safe Mode.

Also (in Safe Mode), have you tried the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal
Tool which is downloadable from Microsoft Update? It claims to remove this
infection...
