Can you restart your computer in Safe mode, by pressing the f8 key a few
times immediately before the first Windows screen appears?

Once started in safe mode, re-try the elcaning operation--and run full scans
with both Windows Defender and your up-to-date antivirus application.

Hi Lucy,

In addition to Bill S. sugestion, please ejecute this 3 steps in Safe-Mode
(better fefore the scannigs)

1.- Clear prefetch files by going to Start menu and Run and typing prefetch,
and then click OK.
The problem is that many spyware/malware/virus/Trojan (you get the idea)
writers use it to cause their programs to get respawned the moment you launch
the app whose prefetch data is linked to the code placed there by the
infection.

You can clear prefetch files by going to Start menu and Run and typing

prefetch

and then click OK.

Press Ctrl+A (to high-lite the files)

Press Ctrl+D (to delte those files)

and press OK

2.-Then also go to Start menu and Run and type (with %)

%temp%

and clear the content of that fºlder.

Press Ctrl+A (to high-lite the files)

Press Ctrl+D (to delte those files)

and press OK

3.-Also go to Start menu and Run and type (with %)

%windir%\temp

and clear the content of that fºlder.

Press Ctrl+A (to high-lite the files)

Press Ctrl+D (to delte those files)

and press OK

Thank you Bill and Engel for your answers.I aparently removed the
trojan...but many things now doesn't work properly....is this due to the
trojan damages?
Thanks again.

Hi Lucy,

Trojan horse payloads are almost always designed to do various harmful
things, they breach systems and cause damage to the systems.

IMHO After getting a Trojan, the best thing to do is, safe your data,
pictures, etc etc., and reformat your hard drive.

Good luck
