Is IE an unkown program to WD?

When I open WD History, in "programs and actions", it shows two "unknown"
names, with "unkown alert level", but the action taken is "permit" and status
is "suceeded". If it is unknown should it permit???
One is identified (C:\Program Files\MemoKit\mk.exe) and it is OK.
The second is the one that makes me wonder what is going on! It shows:
"Description:
This program has potentially unwanted behavior.
Advice:
Permit this detected item only if you trust the program or the software
publisher.
Resources:

Or is this realy a threat to my PC?

Under WD, click Tools->Options and under real-time protection examine the
boxes for Choose if WD should notify you about. Since WD was not instructed
to notify you, it Permitted the action automatically. It's not that IE is
not recognized; it's more that WD is too stupid to know who is attempting to
change the registry.
