welcome screen

I have tried to remove the Welcome Screen by running control userpasswords2
and removing the check from the “ user must enter..â€box but now get a logon
message “the system could not log you on. Make sure…the correct case. When I
click OK, I get the Welcome screen again.

I am the only user yet the screen that appears after control userpasswords2,
shows:

User Groups
Administrator Administrators
ASPNET Users
Guest Guests
MY Name Administrators

The automatically logon screens have the user name but the password sections
are blank.

So far I have made matters worse. Can you offer suggestions? Thanks

You want a fresh copy of userinit.exe, and winlogon.exe
