welcome screen problems

I have been having problems with my welcome screen. All
of a sudden it switched to using classic mode and now i
cant get it back! I have tried changing it under User
Groups in Control Panel but it wont work. It says it is
set properly but when i try and log out on switch user it
uses classic mode still.

Somebody Please Help Me
