weird window

Can anyone help with this. My machine crashed and I had
to re-install. Now whenever I start up Windows I get an
annoying window headed Information Wizard. Therre is a
completely blank window and I have to wait a while before
I can close it and start running what I want, whether it
be a game or email. It is beginning to really bug me and
I would be grateful for any help on getting rid of this
blasted thing! Thank you

Did a search on google and there are many different information wizards
around and from many different sources. Is it possible this one is from
your Symantec/Norton software? If yes, google showed several threads about
various problems (including startup problems with the wizard). Suggest
consulting their technical support area online or contacting tech support
directly to resolve.
