Weird Post SP2 Install Problem

Hello,

I upgraded a clients machine to XP Pro SP2 (from SP1) yesterday and, since
then,
when a user logs in (including an administrator) Outlook Express runs
automatically. I cannot understand why - it is not in the startup program
group and I have also checked the System Configuration Utility (msconfig)
but there is nothing to indicate why this is happening.

Anyone got any ideas?

Could it be something simple like an OE option?

Look at OE, Tools, Options, General Tab and make sure "Do not connect"
at the bottom is ticked.
