Weird Popup message

There is a lady in our organization who had a check scanner from JP Morgan
Chase installed on her pc. We had to change her security on her browser to
allow for this scanner to communicate with the bank over the internet.

However, each time she opens any application an Internet Explorer message
pops up saying: "A script is accessing some software (an ActiveX control) on
this page which has been marked safe for scripting. Do you want to allow this?

She clicks Yes but it keeps coming back.

What can I do to get rid of this message for her?

Thanks.

Hi enak (==Indonesian for child?)

Add the bank site to the Trusted Zone of the Security tab of Internet
Options.
Check to ensure the option "Allow ActiveX controls marked safe for
scripting" is enabled and not "Prompt"

I think that it means pleasure or delightful.

Anyway, I do find the parameter, "Allow ActiveX controls marked safe for
scripting" in the options of the web browser. Is there another option that I
should check?

Here is what I have under the Security section on the Advanced tab:
Allow active content from CDs to run on my computer
Allow active content to run in files on My Computer
Allow Software to run or install evein if the signature is invalid
(checked) Check for publisher's certificate revocation
Check for server certificate revocation
(checked) Check for signatures on downloaded programs
Do not save encrypted pages to disk
Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed
(checked)Enable Integrated windows Authentication
(checked)Enable native XMLHTTP support
Phishing Filter
Etc.

Hi Enak,

Have you placed the bank's web site in the Trusted Zone? The default levels
there should be sufficient for secure internet banking.

Sorry I am using IE7 which is slightly different to 6 (forgot which NG I am
in).

Regards.
