Weird password problem

it's not like other questions this time I know my password but when I enter
it it gives me this error :
the program issued a command but the command length is incorrect

ANY HELP
 
Boot to Safe Mode select chose The Last Known Good Configuration Option.
I've read that this error is caused by a bad windows update patch. It
happens automatically when you have Automatic Update turned on.
Did you have a bad install on an update?

yes I was just finishing an update

safe mode prompts for password too and when I try to login with
administrator and blank password it gives me the same error

do I have to reinstall????? or what
 
Did you ever find a solution? I have the same problem. Safe Mode, Last
Known Config, machine/volume labels did not solve the problem.
